On behalf of the organizing committee of NSSA Spine 2024, it is my privilege to welcome the faculties, distinguished guests and delegates to the Annual Meeting of Neurospinal Surgeons’ Association of India (NSSA) to be held at Hotel Marigold, Begumpet, Hyderabad from September 19th to 22nd, 2024.

Organizing the annual meeting of any august medical body such as the NSSA is a daunting task. Under the guidance of the executive committee and the president, we have, I hope, achieved this milestone. The theme of this years’ annual NSSA Spine conference is Optimising spine surgery with the use of technology. With every year we have developments in the field of surgical technology that often surpass our wildest dreams and usher in a paradigm change in the way we manage spinal disorders. We intend to provide a stage for the showcasing of these newer adjuvants to patient management that make surgery safer and more effective.
